Lemons

When life gives you…

Well, you know the age-old adage…

What happens when your lemonade is bitter, though?

Not enough sugar, maybe our lemons are old? That juice is just bitter.

Drink it anyway.

You need to live your life. Sometimes it’s tough, but we need to get through it. We are among the few people out there who know how hard we work to make our lives better. Sometimes, life hands us that bitter lemonade. Drink it anyway.

We all have someone we love- who loves us- that would HATE to see us leave.

Keep Going!

Your loved one needs you. Your job needs you. Your life needs you.

YOU need you.

I know life is hard. It’s bitter, rough, and has too much pulp in it right now.

You’ve survived 100% of all of your bad days already.

KEEP GOING!

I DO NOT OWN ANY COPYRIGHTS. ALL RIGHTS TO DISNEY!

Don’t know if you can?

One simple thing you could do, according to betterhelp.com, is to send “…a message to check in with your friends and loved ones.”

There is a whole list in the article linked on what you can do.

The 10th of September each year is World Suicide Prevention Day. I’d like to call everyone to participate by sending ONE message to ONE person who may or may not be struggling.

Tell them you love them, or you appreciate them, or something intentional and loving.

Let’s Wrap This Up.

Stories have always been my way of navigating through the dark. Building a community where we can all take a collective breath is my next goal.

Dina Galarza Mapes, Authorial Services

I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember, but a creative slump in my

early twenties slowed me down. My passion and love for writing reignited at

29, and I haven’t looked back since. Now, I’m deeply immersed in a novella

series and other projects. I am actively supporting aspiring indie authors with

beta-reading, editing, and design services. I am committed to my mission to

make professional editing accessible and affordable. For more information,

please visit my website. As a passionate advocate for school

children, I love every minute of empowering young minds. I am a mother of two

energetic boys and have been married for eleven years to a hard-working

husband. Faith and family are my guiding lights. I’m a small-town Tennessee

resident who believes in the power of YET, and I hope that readers find

something positive within each story. My work is available on most e-book

platforms and via private purchase for physical copies; for updates and sneak

peeks on future books, check out my social media pages below.
