You read books, right?
Obligatory Starter Title…
You read books, right? A story with no growth is boring! There is no growth if the protagonist isn’t challenged… There is no growth without conflict.
But why?
You need conflict for growth, but are the characters expected to fight every battle alone? Some, yes, but most? NO!
So, why do we expect that of ourselves? It's something that I am guilty of doing, too!
Reaching out is NOT a plot hole; it's the turning point where our heroes find their strength.
Need another opinion?
How about the world-renowned Mayo Clinic—consistently ranked the #1 hospital on the planet? The article is from the COVID-19 lockdown, but it is still relevant now! The article even states, “…don't be afraid to reach out to other people in your life, including family, friends, neighbors and co-workers, who may share the same struggles...”
Do it now!
When you’re feeling like the whole world is falling, reach up. I will take your hand.
When the enemy is surrounding you, and there is nowhere to go, and no one to call, yell at the top of your lungs in your fiercest warrior cry!
You can do hard things!
You are growing and going at your own pace, and that is more than alright. It’s good.
You are perfect the way you are.
Always choose to be kind… You never know what the person next to you is going through.
Progress is better.
Keep fighting no matter what you’re up against because you are worth it.
Let’s wrap it up…
